Project Overview:
E.R. Snell is a well-known asphalt paving and concrete construction business located in Snellville, Georgia. To better highlight their hiring push, Black Bear Design created a short video that could be used in multiple ways by the family-owned business.
The Black Bear Design team needed to create a quick and easy video to entice potential employees by sharing both the opportunities and the positive work environment within E.R. Snell.
Solution:
The client now has a video that, while short, contains a wealth of information including what they are hiring for and a clear call to action. We also created a Spanish-language version of the video to help attract a diverse applicant pool.
