Montage Communities

About The Project

The Montage Communities website was built with a CMS using ColdFusion.  The website opens up with a custom video presentation to give the user a feel of the community.  We added a custom apartment visualizer so users can drag and drop furniture into a floorplan to get a sense of how their apartment would look with furniture.

We also integrated maintenance request, amenity reservations and many more features so they website is a tool for residents, not just an informational website.
