Now is wouldn’t be contest without restrictions. We couldn’t possible host a Google or Amazon website. You guys can still enter, but the free hosting will be limited to a standard HTML website. If it’s a simple PHP or Coldfusion website, it may be eligible as well. As a rule of thumb, if you have an administrative control panel and can update content yourself, most likely it will not qualify for this 100% free website hosting contest. Sites like this will require extra work to move databases and technically settings.
